2. Our Products
We sell coffee and related products through this website. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. The appearance of packaging and products may vary slightly from what is shown on the website.
3. Placing an Order
When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) selected. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email is an acknowledgement that we have received your order, not an acceptance of it. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch your order and send a shipping confirmation.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
Transactions are processed securely by our payment processor. We do not store your card details on our servers.
5. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days of order confirmation. Delivery times thereafter will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the delivery address.
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. For delivery estimates and costs, please refer to our Delivery Information page.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including postal delays or adverse weather conditions.
6. Consumer Rights and Cancellation
As a consumer purchasing online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
To exercise your right to cancel, please notify us in writing (by email to hello@grassandroots.coffee within the 14-day period. You must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty.
Please note: The right to cancel does not apply to perishable goods. If your coffee has been opened or significantly used, we may not be able to offer a full refund. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further details.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Grass & Roots Blends Ltd or our licensors and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by UK law.
